Golden Rules
Due to the fact that the Nemo Schoolhouse is a Historical Landmark, there will be NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in the building. CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS will be allowed, provided proper documentation is provided. NO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
Grades one through six share the public restrooms.
A deposit of one night's lodging is necessary to reserve a unit, with the balance due at departure. Deposits are refundable only if reservations are canceled sixty days in advance. Personal checks only please. Credit cards cannot be accepted at this time.

Weekly rental rate: Pay for 6 nights, get the 7th 50% off.
Discount is available if the entire facility is rented. Great for reunions or weddings at the Historic Nemo Church located next door.
Separate rental rates apply for the week of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Pre-Sturgis week.
