Golden Rules
Due to the fact that the Nemo Schoolhouse is a Historical Landmark, there will be NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in the building. CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS will be allowed, provided proper documentation is provided. NO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
Smoking is allowed on the front porch and the back deck where sand-filled receptacles are provided.
Grades one through six share the public restrooms.
A deposit of one night's lodging is necessary to reserve a unit, with the balance due at departure. Deposits are refundable only if reservations are canceled sixty days in advance. Checks or cash only please. Credit cards cannot be accepted at this time.

Weekly rental rate: Pay for 6 nights, get the 7th free.
Discount is available if the entire facility is rented. Great for reunions or weddings at the Historic Nemo Church located next door.
Separate rental rates apply for the week of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Pre-Sturgis week.
